Temporary buildings must also comply with the same strict statics permit requirements as traditional buildings, since the stability and safety of buildings are of primary importance regardless of the type of building. The distributor and contractor of the building is responsible for ensuring that the building has the appropriate statics permit, which must be obtained before construction begins. Having a permit is a guarantee that the building is properly designed and built and can be used safely.
The static permit is always issued by a specialized technical inspector who checks the building's stability and the effect of wind and snow loads. This ensures that the building can properly withstand natural disasters such as strong winds or heavy snow.

As a general rule, the customer prepares the foundation. For this, you will receive from us the ready construction plans with all the necessary information. If you do not want to carry out these construction works yourself, we are happy to take over the entire construction of the foundation from you.
